Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 September 2026
Welcome to Kibble. By using our app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. The service
Kibble ("we", "us") provides a mobile app and website that summarise publicly available technology and AI news into short cards and link out to the original sources. The service is currently free to use.
2. Using Kibble
- You may use Kibble for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
- You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break any law.
3. Accounts
You can read the feed without an account. Sign-in is required to use wishlist, likes and the app's share action. You can use Google sign-in, or an existing email-and-password account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your Kibble account in Profile → Delete account.
4. Content & third-party sources
Kibble displays short summaries and links to third-party content that we do not own or control. Summaries are generated to be accurate and are grounded in the source, but we do not guarantee that every summary or headline is complete or error-free. The original publisher is the authoritative source; when you follow a link, that site's terms and policies apply. Trademarks, logos and content belong to their respective owners.
5. Intellectual property
The Kibble name, logo, mascot, design and software are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. You retain any rights to content you create; we don't claim ownership of your wishlist or preferences.
6. Availability & changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Kibble is an aggregator for staying current; it is not professional, financial, legal or investment advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kibble and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Kibble at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
